Jean-Pierre is responsible for the Technologies Practice and expert in the development of companies and their new offers. For over 20 years, he has been advising on the recruitment of executives, senior executives and experts. Jean-Pierre advises on the long term several entrepreneurs, start-ups, mid-sized companies, groups in services, retail and industry as part of their international development and their technological and digital transformation. He has successfully carried out numerous strategic recruitments of the “C-Level” type: CEO, COO, GM, Business development, CTO, CDO, CIO, Architects, Data Director…, and the good integration of talents in heterogeneous environments. Jean-Pierre is also a founding member and Vice-President of SYNNOV (Professional Syndicate of Technological Innovation) and Business Angel in a private capacity. A graduate of the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Bordeaux (Economic and Financial section), he began his career as a Consulting Engineer at SAGE, a management software publisher before moving into head hunting within international firms. Jean-Pierre Scandella is one of the founding members of the international network Lense & Lumen Advisory Group and he manages international missions.
