Célia GEFART is a graduate engineer from the Ecole Centrale de Lyon. She first evolved in engineering and industrial services for the energy sector and in particular for the nuclear sector, within MILLENNIUM and NUVIA (VINCI Construction). In 2017, it set itself a dual objective: confirm and complete their skills and knowledge with an Executive MBA, join the recruitment consulting sector to support companies in their searches requiring an excellent understanding of the job environment and technical skills. She joined MacAnders in 2021 and works on recruitment projects for expert executives and managers for industry, energy and engineering.
