Kailee is a recruiter in Hobson’s Industrial and Renewable Energy practice and focuses on connecting high-achieving professionals with growing companies in the Industrial, Manufacturing, and Renewable Energy space.

With a background working in hospitality and customer service, Kailee knows what it takes to build relationships with candidates and clients, going above and beyond to ensure that their ‘Hobson recruiting experience’ is always a positive one.

Kailee obtained her Bachelor’s degree from Eastern Connecticut State University where she double majored in Criminology and Sociology. One of the highlights of Kailee’s college experience was being inducted into Alpha Kappa Delta (International Sociology Honor Society)

When she is not recruiting, Kailee is all about her friends and family…and her cat, Sushi. She expresses her creative energy through drawing and revels in the sunshine of the beach, calling it her “happy place”.
