Marie Nitzgen is a member of Spencer Stuart’s Leadership Advisory Services Practice. She specializes in assessing and developing CEOs and C-suite leaders across industries, working internationally across EMEA, APAC and Latin America. She has a passion for helping leaders hone in on what they are great at and discover their potential, and works with executive teams to create better decision-making, deeper trust and shared mission. Marie has worked with organizations in the energy, mining and renewables industries to build succession plans for key leadership roles, develop organizational cultures that support internal development and help drive forward efforts on inclusion. She is passionate about facilitating equity in promotion and succession planning, and has supported clients in various industries and geographies on how to produce change for greater diversity and inclusion.
