Prior to joining Senior Advisor at the beginning of 2018, Erkki worked at JFP as a direct search consultant and Senior Partner since 2002.

During his fifteen-year direct search consulting career, Erkki performed almost 300 demanding direct searches for top and middle management, including customers in the ICT, industrial and service industries, for both Finnish and international companies. He was also on the board of international IIC Partners from 2006 to 2009.

Prior to joining JFP Executive Search in 2002, Erkki worked for well-known international IT companies for more than 20 years. He has served as President and CEO, head of sales, marketing and an expert organization in Finland and Central and Eastern Europe. Erkki was also a member of the Nordic Management Team for many years.
