As Senior Vice President at The Elliot Group, Juliana has positively impacted hundreds of executives and companies ranging in size from regional emerging brands to private-equity-backed organizations to multi-billion-dollar public companies. With a deep understanding of the talent landscape, Juliana brings a market-aware eye toward identifying best-in-class talent, having successfully placed leaders of all levels in various roles across functional disciplines, including marketing, operations, development, real estate, culinary, human resources, and finance.

Passionate about food access and sustainability, Juliana previously worked in the non-profit sector.

Juliana is a magna cum laude graduate of The Elliot School of International Affairs at The George Washington University. She lives in Westchester County with her husband and two young sons.
