Mona Neagoe is a Partner at Pedersen & Partners, heading the Professional Services Practice Group. She also serves as Country Manager for Romania and leads the country teams in Hungary, Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia, and Moldova. With a decade’s worth background in consulting with Andersen and EY, Ms. Neagoe transitioned to Executive Search with Pedersen & Partners in 2005. She has advised a broad portfolio of clients on leadership, corporate governance and organisational issues and has led over 500 search mandates within the Private Equity, Financial Services, Consulting, Consumer Goods, Healthcare, and Industrial sectors across CEE countries. Mona Neagoe graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest and holds an MBA from IEDC Slovenia. She is pursuing her PhD in Philosophy on Corporate Governance within Business Ethics.
