Immediately after completing her successful psychology studies (B.Sc.) at the University of Koblenz-Landau, Leonie decided to continue her academic career at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz and completed her Master of Science in Psychology (major in economics) in November 2022. Leonie discovered her interest in personnel psychology early on in her studies. The experience she gained during her various internships solidified this interest. She was particularly fascinated by her final internship in recruiting and HR consulting, and subsequently sought a career in executive search. She has been supporting the Wiesbaden team since July 2023. In her free time, Leonie enjoys spending time with friends and family. She loves being outdoors, traveling to new places, and attending concerts.
