Agnieszka Snarska works with clients across sectors on the hiring of technology leaders. Based in Warsaw, Agnieszka advises companies in Central and Eastern Europe, helping them hire CIOs and CTOs, along with executive assessment projects. Some of Agnieszka’s recent assignments include regional roles for technology companies headquarters in the online, software and telecommunications industries. She also led the executive assessment for the Board of Directors for a financial services group in Central and Eastern Europe. Agnieszka leverages her passion and experience to advise multinational and local companies on how to attract talent.

She joined Russell Reynolds Associates in 2001 and has completed countless searches during his extended tenure with the company.

Agnieszka received her M.A. in psychology from the University of Gdansk and her M.B.A. from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota. She is fluent in English.
