Justin Brower is a Managing Director within the Financial Services Operations division at Northbound. Justin began his career as a member of the COMEX division on the New York Mercantile Exchange trading metals for proprietary and institutional accounts. After 11 years at COMEX, he moved into Recruitment and started gaining hands-on recruitment experience at a financial services and banking focused recruiting firm based in NYC, where he served as Managing Director of Business Development for four years. Justin's success as a recruitment professional has been driven by a variety of factors including his strong understanding of the financial markets along with his genuine enthusiasm and commitment to helping the clients and candidates he works with. During his free time outside work, Justin is a sports enthusiast who stays active on the golf course and enjoys spending quality time with his wife and son.
