Chief and Founder of IRC China and Singapore (HR Partners), Monicca leads the firm’s operations for Asia, which focus on strategic leadership roles for Industrial, Healthcare and Agriculture sector clients across Asia.

Monicca has more than twenty years of executive search and consulting experience. She was based in Hong Kong and Shanghai for some 6 years before returning to Singapore. During that period, she supported clients in their expansion in Greater China region.

In addition to headhunting, she has also assisted various clients in their talent assessment, re-organization initiatives as well as post-merger integration.
