Carlos has over 30 years of Corporate, Strategic Consulting, and Leadership Development experience across different industry segments. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, he served as Managing Partner of a pan-regional management consulting organisation, focusing on the areas of Consumer, Retail, and Hospitality. Prior to that, Carlos Eduardo was a Partner at Horton International Brazil, and had held previous leadership roles as CEO of a large recycling company and a large business media company respectively. Carlos started his career as an attorney for US and Brazilian firms. During the past 30+ years, Carlos has lived in New York, Miami, São Paulo, and Rio de Janeiro, and he speaks English and Spanish, as well as his native Portuguese.
