Adam joins JMES after several years with Rapha, a leading UK premium clothing brand, where he was most recently their General Manager & Head of Sales and Marketing for Australia & New Zealand. Prior to joining Rapha to establish their business across Asia, Adam spent over a decade in the executive search industry specialising in senior financial services appointments and was a partner for a Global Executive search firm. He was a member of the firm’s Global Financial Market Practice and leader of the Capital Markets and Alternative Investments Sector for Japan. Adam has been based in the key financial centres of London, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Singapore and Sydney - he effectively leverages this broad geographic experience and understanding in the delivery of results to his clients.
