Florian joined Abaka in 2016 after three years spent in human resources consulting firms, then working on supporting people under professional security contracts, job protection plans, voluntary departure plans or redeployment leave. There, he acquired solid expertise in retraining and redeployment, as well as in supporting business creation. Florian has also worked for more than three years in employment, training, HR development and mobility support within a large group in the construction sector. Florian holds a Master 2 in Entrepreneurship (Normandy School of Management, 2008).
