Antoine Le Méné

Antoine is a graduate of Neoma Business School. He began his career in Qatar at a subsidiary of Vinci Construction Grands Projets, where he successfully led the training program, contributing to operational excellence and the development of team skills on large-scale international projects.

Back in France, he quickly moved into strategy and digital innovation consulting, supporting companies in their transformations to gain competitiveness and sustainable performance.

Today, Antoine leverages his expertise to support organizations and professionals striving for excellence. A certified professional coach (University of Paris 8), he guides managers and executives through career transitions, helping them clarify their ambitions, maximize their impact, and accelerate their advancement to senior leadership positions. For the past five years, he has also taught at AgroParisTech, where he trains future engineers to develop robust career plans aligned with companies' strategic objectives. In addition, he recruits and headhunts high-potential talent for growing organizations.

Multilingual (French, English, fluent Spanish; Italian in progress), Antoine cultivates a wide-ranging curiosity which allows him to anticipate trends – from the humanities to new technologies via neuroscience – and to put them at the service of his clients.
