Paul Kingston

With more than 15 years of experience in due diligence, Mr. Kingston has advised clients in the U.K., Europe, Asia and the U.S. on domestic and cross-border transactions across a range of industries, including consumer and industrial goods and services; travel, hospitality and leisure; business services; education, media, technology and software; and financial services. His clients include private equity sponsors, corporates and other stakeholders such as financing parties and regulators.

Mr. Kingston approaches engagements by critically evaluating a company’s key financial and operational business drivers, the quality and sustainability of forecast earnings and cash flows, its working capital requirements and understanding of key drivers for pricing considerations and transaction EV to Equity bridges.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Kingston spent six years with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Consumer and Industrial Products and Services assurance team and the Transaction Services team, including secondments to the Transaction Modelling team and the Hong Kong transactions practice.

Mr. Kingston earned a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and mathematics from King’s College, London. He is a qualified chartered accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW)
