Maddy joined Erevena in early 2021 as a Partner focused on VC backed businesses in the B2B software space. She previously oversaw the Talent function at Notion Capital in London, a $500m VC fund focussed on B2B software investments at Series A and beyond, including GoCardless, Tradeshift, Paddle, and Unbabel amongst others. Whilst at Notion Capital, Maddy spent significant time conducting research into how Unicorns form their leadership teams; she brings these insights to Erevena to help Founders understand who they should hire, and when they should hire them. Maddy holds a BEng in Civil Engineering from the University of Bristol, and an MBA from London Business School.
