Tom is an Executive search consultant with 17 years’ experience in both Australian & European markets. He prides himself on the highest standards of professionalism, transparency, respect and client service in each appointment on behalf of candidates and clients in a range of public and private interest entities. As a former HR Manager with leading global advisory firm Grant Thornton, Tom intimately understands search and recruitment through the eyes of his clients. His industry expertise is extensive and includes technology, agriculture, professional services, education, health, retail, wholesale, FMCG, engineering and construction, property, manufacturing, and life sciences. Functionally, many of the mandates that he executes are within Accounting & Finance, Human Resources, Sales & Marketing, Technology and Operations teams. Originally from Wodonga in North-East Victoria, Tom studied a Commerce degree at the University of Melbourne where he was a resident at Queen’s College. He is heavily invested in the Queen’s community as a former Student Club President, Council member, President of the Wyvern Society, fundraiser and mentor to Wyverns. He has two young daughters, is a passionate golfer, and is forever on the search for the perfect bottle of wine!
