Jorge Kraljevic is a Managing Partner at Signium Brazil, responsible for Consumer & Retail, Education and Leadership Consulting.

Before his professional career in executive search, Jorge worked for multinational companies such as Hewlett- Packard in the finance division and Cadbury-Adams (currently Mondelez) in Planning and Marketing. He has been involved with Executive Search and consulting in human capital since 2005. He was a partner at a global Executive Search specialized in Top Management.

At Signium, he focuses on assignments across a broad range of sectors including Education, Consumer Goods, Life Sciences, and Leadership Consulting. Over the years, he has become a reference for recruiting in the Education Sector and actively participates in several start-ups and mergers in Brazil.

Jorge has a graduate degree in Business Administration and postgraduate extension in Marketing at FAAP – Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado. He is certified by the Sociedade Brasileira de Coaching in Executive Coaching.
