Elayna is a senior associate in True’s New York office and is a member of the Healthcare and Life Sciences practices. Before joining True, Elayna started her executive recruiting journey at Heidrick & Struggles, where she rotated through many practices, focusing primarily on chief information and technology officers. She graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a degree in human development and family studies.
