Ms. Seu is an accomplished search executive serving technology companies in the greater Washington, DC region across public and private sectors. Her work spans software and services organizations, with emphasis in emerging digital technologies including cognitive/artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, intelligent automation, among others.

Ms. Seu brings over a decade of experience in executive search, having notably led a number of high profile technology engagements over the years, with concentration in general management (CEO/COO/presidents), technical (CTO/CIO/CISO/CDOs), financial (CFOs), and sales (CSO/CROs) leadership.

Prior to Korn Ferry, Ms. Seu was a consultant for another publicly-traded executive search firm, focused on the technology industry in the DC region.

Before executive search, Ms. Seu was a member of the consulting services division of Thomson Reuters Corporation.

Ms. Seu holds a bachelor's degree in political science from New York University and a master's degree in public policy from Brown University. She resides in Washington, DC.
