Craig Lipus serves as a Managing Partner of McDermott + Bull Executive Search and Chair of the Healthcare and Technology practice. He specializes in securing leaders for mission-critical roles supporting private and public companies, private equity firms, and their operating companies. Since joining McDermott + Bull in 2003, Craig has been an instrumental partner in growing multiple national practices and influencing the firm’s strategic vision. Craig’s 20+ year career as a corporate executive with Fortune 500 companies and start-ups, provides him with valuable insight into what makes an exceptional leader. His clients include Smile Brands, Laser MD Medspa, Empower Physical Therapy, California Skin Institute, Cubex, Stamps.com, JD Power, First American Corporation, AAA of Southern California as well as a number of well-respected private equity firms within healthcare and technology. Craig supports a number of nonprofit organizations in the local community and has served as a member of the Board of Directors and foster parent at Concept 7, serving foster children in Southern California. Currently Craig serves on the Board of Directors of the Orange County Youth Sports Foundation, serving underprivileged youth in Orange County.
