Daivik identifies the top-tier banking talent within the Infrastructure sector and matches them to Infrastructure Private Equity funds across Europe. He is genuinely passionate about the Infrastructure space and sees the areas of Digital Infrastructure and Energy Transition as pivotal to our society in the coming years. Daivik creates genuine relationships with his candidates, understanding what they want in their career to successfully place them with the right client. Daivik has the benefit of having experienced different recruitment markets and has worked in Dubai and London. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Emory University in Atlanta, a top 20 University in the US, where he majored in Economics with a minor in Environmental science. Before joining Dartmouth, he spent five years at Hays in their Dubai office, specialising in Banking and Financial Services. Outside the office, Daivik enjoys following Liverpool Football Club (most days), reading books on personal development, and spending time with his dog, Baxter.
