After his bachelor's degree in Public Administration and Organizational Sciences, Bouke completed a master's degree in Business Administration at the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam. After this, he started working at Holtrop Ravesloot as a research consultant. He is now active as a consultant in both the public and private sectors.
