Biography
Graduate of a Master in Corporate Finance, Quentin started his career at PwC Luxembourg in 2013. After a few years in external audit, his interest in human relations naturally led him to focus on business development and recruitment. After a one-year experience in an IT consulting company, Quentin developed his recruitment skills in an Anglo-Saxon recruitment firm where he focused on the search and selection of financial profiles. In 2020, Quentin joined Morgan Philips Executive Search to reinforce his headhunting expertise and to work on executive search and interim management mandates. Within our team, he works more specifically with commercial and industrial companies, alternative funds (Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure) and fintechs. Quentin speaks French and English and is currently learning Luxembourgish.
