Matt has over 20 years of senior-level financial recruiting experience, where he has led Chief Financial Officer and other executive search assignments throughout the country. Matt focuses on CFO and VP searches in private equity-backed portfolio companies across all industries. He has placed finance executives within portfolio companies of premier private equity firms such as American Securities, Kelso, Littlejohn & Co. and The Sterling Group. Before RMG, Matt worked in Advertising with a division of Omnicom Group. He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut. He is an avid fan of the UConn Huskies, New York Mets & New York Rangers. Matt coaches fastpitch softball and when not coaching, he enjoys cheering on his girls at field hockey. He & his wife Nicole and three daughters live in Norwalk, CT.
