Biography
Veit Velten holds a degree in industrial engineering and is an operational leader with extensive leadership experience in an international environment, particularly in special machinery and plant engineering. As an interim manager, he assumes comprehensive responsibilities with overall responsibility as CEO, CRO, and COO, as well as as a business unit manager, plant manager, production manager, or project manager – both nationally and internationally. He brings with him four years of international experience in China, supplemented by international assignments in numerous other Asian countries, North and South America, and Europe.
His profile is characterized by pragmatism, strong implementation skills, and a consistent focus on results. Veit Velten supports companies in aligning operational structures efficiently and sustainably, building business units, and sustainably optimizing production and supply chain processes. His work focuses particularly on scaling business units and plants, designing efficient process landscapes, and strengthening operational excellence at all levels.
His working style is dynamic, goal-oriented, and hands-on. He takes responsibility and delivers results – whether in transformation and growth projects, the restructuring of operational units, or complex international projects.
Veit Velten holds a degree in industrial engineering and is a certified restructuring and turnaround consultant (IfUS Institute Heidelberg) and is continuously training in the areas of process management, organizational development and leadership.
In his free time, he is a passionate golfer (current handicap +2.6) with ambitious goals. He is also interested in international economic trends and strategies for small and medium-sized businesses. Personal development, fitness, and travel—especially to Asia—are integral parts of his life.
