Hello, my name is Sarah Andrews, and I am an Associate at 3Search. I recruit for all contract and interim marketing roles across a variety of sectors, but predominantly financial services, professional services, property as well as a number of B2B industries across London and the southern home counties. I specialise in marketing recruitment for the contract and interim industry. In my time as a recruiter, I have sourced marketing talent across a wide range of companies, locations and industries. I used to be the UK Marketing Manager for a FTSE 100 company, so I can genuinely add value to employers and candidates throughout the recruitment process. For me, recruitment isn’t just about taking a brief from a client. As someone who has stood in the employers’ shoes, I feel that I can challenge expectations around the market and offer real-world advice. I also feel that I can add value to the experience of the candidates I work with. I'm able to effectively prepare them to interview with senior marketers because I was one.
