Before joining BackerSkeie Alexander was an HR executive vice president at a large Norwegian bank and before that he was a member of management at a renowned consulting firm. He has also had managerial positions in mechanical industry and life sciences. All-in-all he has more than 20 years of experience managing people and projects and he has extensive international experience from working in 16 different countries.

Alexander holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University.
