Tommaso Lucentini

Hi, I’m Tommaso Lucentini and I am a principal recruitment consultant here at 3Search.

Working with businesses in a range of industries, I specialise in Data and Analytics roles at every level.

For several years I was Head of Marketing for a tech consultancy. Having been in the employer’s shoes, I am able to understand and recognise their pain points. This experience has made me a well-rounded recruiter and I am best equipped to represent both employers and candidates.
