I studied commercial economics at the Fontys in Eindhoven. After that I entered the job placement, where my focus is on technical and operational vacancies for MBO + candidates in machine construction, service and maintenance. I am described as a social person with perseverance and a goal-oriented approach. Within YER, my goal is to help as many technical candidates as possible find a dream job, so that they can pursue their ambitions. I achieve this by providing the right information in conversations and immediately setting expectations during the introductory meeting. This way there are no surprises for either party and I am sure that the match is there.
