A graduate of the University Lumière Lyon 2 in Business Management, Christel began her career in 1997 in recruitment at one of the world leaders in Human Resources solutions, The Adecco Group, in Lyon. In 2005, she joined the group's Middle Management brand as a Recruitment Consultant in the Strasbourg office and assisted companies in the recruitment and assessment of their executives. Driven by customer relations and challenges, she was entrusted with the development of the Recruitment Office dedicated to Middle Management in Dijon (Spring) within which she carried out numerous recruitment and evaluation projects with industries in Burgundy for 7 years. . She returns to the Lyon region in a recruitment firm by direct approach as a Senior Partner. It supports its clients, Large Groups and SMEs in the recruitment and evaluation of potential Executives, Experts and Managers profiles in the sectors of Industry, Consumer Goods, Tertiary and Services. Christel joined MacAnders in early 2021 to participate in the development of the Lyonnais office's industry activity.
