Claire has spent 13 years in executive search and focuses on leadership positions within the consumer, luxury and retail sectors throughout APAC and Europe. She also works with clients across a range of sectors on senior functional roles spanning supply chain, HR, marketing and finance. She has undertaken numerous leadership and succession projects and is a core member of Eric Salmon & Partners’ Diversity & Inclusion Practice. Prior to joining Eric Salmon & Partners, Claire spent 10 years with Russell Reynolds Associates in both Singapore and London, and worked on numerous global assignments. Prior to moving into search, Claire spent 10 years with Accenture focusing on strategy and organisation design. She has lived and worked in the UK, France, Netherlands, Portugal, Switzerland and Singapore. Claire graduated from Oxford University with an MA in Modern Languages.
