Andy Davies brings more than 20 years of leadership and executive search experience working across a range of publicly quoted, private equity backed and privately owned businesses. He has expertise in all board and leadership functions including Chair and NED, Financial and Company Secretariat, as well as CEO and COO.

Andy is also the architect of Stonehaven’s Board Development Programme which is widely regarded as the pre-eminent event for prospective (plc) Non-Executive Directors and/or newly appointed (main board) Executives.

Prior to joining Stonehaven, Andy was the Managing Partner & Head of the CEO & Board Practice at other leading executive search firms.
