Frode holds a degree in economics from Trondheim School of Economics and a Master's degree in organization and management from NTNU, specializing in organization, technology and innovation. He has over 20 years of management experience from various sectors, including companies such as NTE, TINE, Innovation Norway and Danske Bank. Throughout his career, Frode has developed broad expertise in strategy, organizational development, HR, recruitment, and technical management. He also has valuable experience as a marketing manager, financial advisor, and group leader, and has been a key player in M&A processes, recruitment, organizational changes, and the establishment of major national initiatives. With a strong interest in people, team development and strategy, Frode has been a driving force for development and growth at both operational and strategic levels. He has completed several management courses at AFF and has an extensive course portfolio in risk analysis, project management and innovation management. In addition, Frode has significant experience from board roles and daily management, as well as a broad national partner network. His combination of strategic flair, operational drive and passion for development makes him a solid resource within organizational consulting and business development.
