Since joining Isaacson, Miller in 1995, Stephanie has built a practice conducting searches for leadership in academic medical centers, including medical, nursing, dental, and schools of allied health. Having worked for over a decade in academic health centers, including Brigham and Women’s Hospital and as the first external affairs officer at Harvard Medical School, Stephanie has keen insights into these organizations and their missions. She also conducts searches for higher education institutions outside the medical sector.

Stephanie takes pride in taking the time to understand each organization’s culture. Her warm, responsive, and diplomatic demeanor helps her develop a strong rapport with her clients, enabling her to connect with the individuals who make the organization successful. By implementing this tailored approach to each search, she gives clients full confidence in her knack for finding the right leaders.

Stephanie is a consultant to the Commonwealth Fund Fellows in Minority Health Policy at Harvard University. She is the board chair of the Massachusetts Association for the Blind and Community Services, as well as a member of the Pine Street Inn’s Innkeepers Club. Her professional and personal commitments tie back to her belief that every individual can make a difference.
