Cristiana has been working in Executive Search and Selection for twenty years. She started out in Fast Moving Consumer Goods focusing on Sales & Marketing positions and then moved on to other functions, such as HR, Finance, Operations & Digital.

She has always worked for multinational and Italian-owned companies developing a deep knowledge of the typical challenges that entrepreneurs must face when they need to hire managers.

Currently in charge of Business Development, Customer Management and Selection.
