Mitra Mamdouhi is a partner in the Tax and Business Services Division in the Firm’s Rockville, Maryland, office. She works with partnerships, corporations, closely held businesses, high net-worth individuals and their families and trusts. Ms. Mamdouhi consults with her clients on tax planning strategies around federal, state, and local tax compliance issues; estate and trust planning and family transitions; mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations; and business structuring and financing options. Ms. Mamdouhi has more than 30 years of experience serving a wide variety of industries including real estate and construction, retail, software, leveraged financing, professional services, and private equity funds. She provides short- and long-term business and personal financial planning services to her clients, helping them achieve business sustainability, maximize their profits, and minimize their tax burden.
