The labor market is changing: candidates ask employers for flexibility and development opportunities. Employers ask candidates for 21st century skills: collaboration, self-direction, empathy, problem-solving ability. I see the effective guidance of these two parties in the changing labor market as the task of today's executive search consultant. After my studies in France, I worked at a French bank, where I held various commercial positions. Thanks to a next step in Mergers & Acquisitions, I have experienced how important the human factor is in organizations. Partly because of this, I ended up in executive search and career advice.
