Helen Schwarz heads up our Finance Practice, utilising over 20 years of recruitment experience to support clients and candidates across the Midlands and the UK. After graduating with a First-class honour’s degree in Business Administration and Management with Psychology, Helen started her recruitment career with a niche search firm. She then went on to join a multinational recruitment company, quickly progressing to Operating Director in their finance business. In 2014 Helen transferred to the Executive Recruitment division, where she was a Partner in their CFO Practice. Helen has developed a strong network and is recognised as the go-to finance leadership recruiter in the Midlands and beyond. She is passionate about mobilising the best finance talent within the market, supporting career development, and working with organisations to attract, retain and attract diverse talent.
