Consultant at CarterBaldwin Executive Search

Elizabeth Monahan Rushing

This profile has been created based on publicly available information.

About me

Elizabeth started her professional career looking for ways to ensure organizations had the right talent and were using it effectively. As her career progressed, she developed a passion for ensuring employees were happy with their contribution and “fit” within their respective organizations.

Before joining CarterBaldwin, Elizabeth worked for one of the largest global talent management firms and would further hone her technical skills in a psychometrically-based selection and assessment firm. Elizabeth’s background in Industrial-Organizational Psychology gives her a unique perspective into the executive search process.

Elizabeth received her BS, MS, and PhD from the University of Georgia, making her a “Triple Dawg.” While at the University of Georgia, Elizabeth enjoyed studying how personality played a role in workplace behavior. More specifically, she was interested in the relationship between narcissism and leader behavior.

When not at work, Elizabeth enjoys spending time outside, watching college football (go Dawgs!!), eating amazing food (especially sweet treats), and volunteering at the local humane society. However, she MOST enjoys her time spent with her husband, two young daughters, and three dogs (ranging in size from 20-80 pounds)!
