Simon Hawkes-Lynn

I began my career in the bright lights and big city of..."Birmingham” yes, I’m a Brummy and with it, a huge Villa fan! I like many, went travelling the world and fell in love with Sydney. I relocated Down Under in 2012 and spent the first five years working for a large FTSE-listed global recruitment business. After that, in early 2017 I co-founded Talenza – with one mission – to create a business where recruitment is flipped on its head, and to build an organisation that leads the charge in changing the perception of the industry for good.
