Roshan Berentes-Rozé is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Zurich office and a member of the Consumer Markets Practice. She focuses on the global beauty, fashion, and luxury sector. Roshan provides guidance to clients across all geographies, including public, private, family-owned, and private equity-backed businesses. She has experience across marketing, commercial, digital, and omnichannel roles, including general manager and chief executive officer positions. Roshan specializes in the Swiss market, catering to international clients across luxury, lifestyle, and retail sectors. With a background in human rights and humanitarian action, she also supports non-profit clients with critical C-suite hires. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Roshan worked at another executive search firm in Paris, supporting a wide range of clients in the retail, apparel, cosmetics, fragrances, and watch and jewelry sectors. An American, she has lived and worked in the US, France, and Switzerland. Roshan speaks English, French, and Farsi.
