Monica has 11 years of experience in Human Resources Area. She specializes in Assessment, Competencies and Human Talent Development. She also has taken courses regarding Executive Coaching alligned to the International Coach Federation. Her training allows her to understand and develop unique strategies in Talent Management for all Industries. As a Talent Management Consultant she received Hogan Certification in 2016 and she continues to practice and learn about this assessment. She is currently studing a Master in Human and Organizational Development.
