I have over 14 years of experience in executive search and have partnered with a diverse range of companies and investors during this period. My work has been international in nature, having delivered projects in the UK, Europe, Middle East, North America and in the Asia Pacific region, and I have developed a successful track record in delivering a range of high-level and complex search and advisory assignments on behalf companies across the energy value chain and with investors of all types (private equity, venture capital, corporate venture etc.). Previously the Managing Partner for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region with Ducatus Partners, an energy and infrastructure focused executive search and leadership advisory firm. Ducatus Partners is part of the Airswift group of companies and Airswift is a global, private equity backed manpower services provider. Prior to joining Ducatus Partners, co-founded and was the Managing Partner of a highly respected boutique executive search firm and established and managed the oil and gas division of a FTSE 250 listed recruitment company. Holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Robert Gordon University, Financial Times Non-Executive Diploma and is a qualified practitioner in the Thomas International suite of behavioural assessment tools. Passionate about sport, in particular basketball, and have coached all youth age group of boys and girls up to National League level and been involved in basketballscotland’s Regional Academy programme.
