With over 20 years’ experience, Matthew has advised some of the most influential leaders in the global (re)insurance and wider financial services industry on their human capital requirements, developing a strong reputation as a credible partner and subject matter expert, having begun his career as an underwriter in the London market. Matthew takes pride in Eames Partnership’s specialist and client-centric approach, encouraging innovation to deliver a truly compelling service to clients and candidates alike. Matthew also sits on the board of parent company, Eames Consulting Group, a global recruitment firm he founded in 2002 and he has since grown to over 130 employees with offices in London, Zürich, Hong Kong and Singapore.
