Fred has placed executives and senior leadership across the food and agriculture industries since joining Kincannon & Reed in 2002. Fred brought to Kincannon & Reed experience leading in several executive roles including Vice President of Investment Banking, Kidder Peabody & Company; Director of Risk Manager for Deloitte & Touche; COO, Farmers Home Administration, and General Counsel, Farm Credit Administration to name a few. Fred understands that business growth and strong executive leadership have a direct correlation, and works to understand each client’s organizational objectives and expectations to match the right leader. Fred earned a BA from Queens College; JD, from St. John’s University School of Law; and his LLM, from New York University’s Graduate School of Law. Fred and his wife reside in Carmel, California, and the Napa Valley where they are vineyard owners and wine grape producers.
