Bridget joined Joss Search as an Associate Consultant for our temporary recruitment team in New York in July 2025. She brings over a decade of experience in financial compliance and risk consulting, along with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and complex business operations. While she enjoyed the technical challenges of the finance world, Bridget found herself most inspired by building relationships, mentoring colleagues, and supporting career growth. That passion led her to make the exciting move into recruitment. Prior to joining us, she worked with global financial institutions, helping them navigate risk and compliance with confidence and precision. Her background gives her a unique edge when connecting with professionals across the financial sector, and she’s passionate about helping candidates find roles where they can truly thrive. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors in nature, exploring new places, and practicing holistic wellness. She loves hiking and getting into nature whenever she can and is always planning her next travel adventure.
