A graduate of ESC Amiens, Sophie Baccetti began her career in communications and media before moving into head hunting in 2004. In 2006, she joined SIRCA Executive Search, where she specialized in direct approaches to middle and top managers on behalf of SMEs, mid-size companies and large groups, both French and foreign, in a variety of sectors. She joined Valtus in 2013. Sophie is in charge of Project Directors.
