Hi, I'm Josh! I began my career working as a Health and Fitness Club Manager before deciding to pursue a career in recruitment. Working as a Health and Fitness Club Manager helped me to develop strong communication skills, which are essential in any industry, especially recruitment. I began my recruitment journey specialising in accountancy and finance for three years, before making the leap into town planning recruitment. I'm responsible for recruiting within the planning sector, connecting planning professionals with local authorities and private sector companies across the United Kingdom. I typically recruit for Town Planners, Policy Planners, Urban Planners, Development Management Planners, Directors of Planning, Planning Enforcement Specialists and Regeneration Planners. I have built very strong relationships with many local council planning departments through delivering robust interim and permanent recruitment solutions. I love working in recruitment as it’s rewarding to know you’ve helped someone find a role suited to their skills and potentially made a big difference to their life. Outside of recruitment, my days are often busy as I have a little boy called Jude. When I do get a moment, you’ll find me on the golf course!
